Ted Nugent Sells Game Trophies

Photo by TedNugent.com Famed guitarist, hunter and staunch NRA supporter Ted Nugent recently held a moving sale, at which he peddled big game trophies to more easily relocate from one Texas ranch to another. The transplanted Detroit rocker ("Cat Scratch Fever") moved to central Texas several years ago, first living in China Spring, then nearby Crawford - where President Bush's ranch is located - and then Waco. Now he is headed back to China Spring. In his editorial column published in the Waco Tribune-Herald, Nugent wrote that he and his family determined that "the simpler life back on Spirit of the Wild Ranch (in China Spring) is the way to go." Items available for purchase included a rhinoceros head reportedly "the size of a Volkswagen Beetle," zebra stallion mounts and bleached deer skulls autographed by The Nuge.
