It’s almost that time of year again… The Annual Dallas Safari Club Convention is less than a month away.
“Last year we set a new attendance record and expect more than 50,000 people to attend in 2016,” said DSC Executive Director Ben Carter. “DSC raised more than $2.4 million for wildlife and youth education in 2015, and we’re thinking even bigger for 2016 with the addition of around 150 more booth spaces. All indicators suggest another record-breaking event.”
Daily admission to the convention is $20 per person, with multi-day and discounted family packages available. Children under 12 and active military (with ID) are free of charge.
Come support DSC’s mission of conservation, education and hunter advocacy initiatives around the world.
The Convention will be held at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center and Omni Hotel in Dallas Jan. 7-10.
When you're having a slow day, it's nice to be able to reflect on some past hunts and these bands bring back every detail. #lonestaroutdoornews #duckhunting #deltawaterfowl #du #duckband #usfws ... See MoreSee Less
I'll take that! Our buddy Dakota had enough of the long retrieves this morning so Doc paddles out to get the duck. Dakota made a great retrieve off the bow of Doc's boat when he got back to the bank. #lonestaroutdoornews #duckhunting #du #deltawaterfowl #labsofinstagram ... See MoreSee Less

First look at Nikon's new rangefinder binocular at the Shot Show in Las Vegas. The 10x42 LaserForce has a 1900 yard range, ED glass and many other cool features like the incline technology. Oh yeah, they come with the No-Fault repair/replacement policy. I ordered a pair and will have some field test reports soon. #lonestaroutdoornews #shotshow2017 #showshow #nikonsportoptics #hunting #deerhunting ... See MoreSee Less
